2025 Honda Ridgeline, 6100 miles, paid off. Rides like a car and not too high. I’m 76 and couldn’t climb in and out of a full-sized truck anymore. This is a dream for someone who just wants a truck bed to toss lawn gear, grandkids’ crap, etc. in the back and still have a comfortable ride. (It’s basically a Honda Pilot with a truck bed.)
Wife drives a 2023 Honda Passport, 21,000 miles and paid for. A nice distance, vacation mobile.

Dunno, but I’d pay extra just to hear Lynn Rollins and Ben McDonald call a football game.
I’ve had to put down two of my beloved friends (my dogs) and the vets never had to run an IV line. Just a powerful sedative injected to relax them and then an injection into a leg artery to stop the heart. Worked quickly and humanely both times.

No. It was Elon Christian Charter Academy.
Seriously, Elon is a Top 100 ranked university in North Carolina with a competent athletic program. Clark got a good background and solid experience at Elon.

Second true story: on the flight back from Jackson, Coach Charlie Mac was seated by me and then stood and called his seniors to the front. He asked for a vote to accept a bid to play Penn State in the Orange Bowl. But the bid would not be announced for two days.
Of course, the vote was unanimous.

True story: I was the football writer for The Reveille in 1973 and wrote the 10+7+ … headline and game story. It did not run in The Advocate.

This is by no means a call for LClark to play over Sam. But I am encouraged by the poise and performance of our Elon transfer.
I had heard a lot of praise from different sources about him during the summer.
Nice to have someone who doesn’t send us into panic if Sam has to come out for a bit.

Another key figure in all this is the champion of the sports bill — Nick Saban. All this SEC stuff is jeopardizing Nick’s baby. Plus Nick would like to be Sankey’s replacement AND is Kiff’s mentor. Sankey has pissed off a deep sea of power.
Like one insider told me today, Sankey really is an ok guy in person but also has a high opinion of himself and always thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room. Evidence of this was his attitude in district court.
