Considering that lsu has yet to break any NCAA or SEC membership rules, has not submitted a final roster and therefore has not added any "former NFL" players to their roster, and that LSU is not a party in the injuction hearing today nor is even involved in the active player lawsuits, theres literally zero grounds for a lawsuit against lsu.
Unless this is a preemptive lawsuit suing LSU for possibly adding players to the roster tomorrow, which in that case every fricking school that is involved with adding these players (Missouri, Texas, Arkansas, etc) should also be named

It is NOT in Pacer. Checked the filings for yesterday and today.
It has not been filed. Yet. Also looked under Kiffin, Sankey, Ausberry, and Southeastern Conference as parties. Nothing.

They have nothing to sue for, yet. Once these players win they can sue whoever signs them, but the idea they would preemptively sue only LSU makes 0 sense.

I know the situations are different, but IIRC this is when Texas Tech folded in the Sorsby thing… when a federal lawsuit was filed against them by the Big12
