If true, we can see where LSU ranks with SEC Office and as a charter member of the SEC
I truly have a hard time believing this happens with a UGA, Bama, AU, TN, Texas (the rest are irrelevant)

My guess IF a federal suit gets filed, the remainder of the members cut loose any of those players pretty quickly.

Doesn’t matter. If they file suit against LSU alone, and any member of the SEC signs one of these players, they are open to massive countersuits.

And for all the tiger rant attorneys that are on here, wouldn't this have to be filed in the Middle district of Louisiana in the federal court in the Middle district in baton rouge? I mean doesbury our president, our board of supervisors have enough minimum contacts to be forced over to a North Alabama federal court. I mean tigerand attorneys. I don't know a whole lot, but I just don't think there's enough minimum contacts to force this federal court in Northern Alabama to bring us over there to defend. Am I right or am I wrong? Wouldn't this have to be filed if it is filed in the Middle district of Louisiana where the defendants are I mean? I know it's the diversity of citizenship question and fed courts only here Federal questions and diversity of citizenship. But you can't force a defendant to come over to your place unless you have minimum contacts. What says the rant lawyers?

Found another old lawsuit between LSU and SEC. Was in Northern District of Alabama.
Still nothing filed. Bunch of cases popped up so if it was filed overnight, probably should appear already. Probably because I can be wrong. They are usually pretty quick on these things though.
Our poster probably heard right, just will be filed later today. Then SEC probably tries to remove the Baton Rouge lawsuit to federal court and consolidate.
