If this doesn't happen, you should be permanently banned.

But only if it doesn't happen

According to the rules of jurisdiction and venue, LSU should be sued in its own domicile, middle district of Louisiana. LSU should challenge venue immediately. The SEC does not have a forum selection clause for Birmingham.

It’s probably true because that was definitely gonna be the SEC’s next move after today… a lot of people have said that’s where this would go: to a federal lawsuit

Tom Mars has been saying SEC would file federal lawsuit about it, possibly in Alabama.

So, not surprising

Yes but they have to wait for today to happen first, and the lawsuit wouldn’t be against lsu.

Filed overnight.

It’s also not unusual for it not to be on Pacer. Some are immediate and some don’t show up until an admin push (depends on clerk’s office).

Then where is it?

I think what happened is you heard there will be a lawsuit. Maybe there will be, maybe there won't be but as of now, it is not filed.

Saban used to bring former players in to practice all the time.

Nothing new there either.

The Big 12 premptively sued TT for the Sorsby issue.

"The way I see it, at the first sign of any pushback from LSU or the players who obtained the injunction, the SEC will likely file a federal court lawsuit that will be virtually identical to the one that the Big 12 filed in the Sorsby fiasco. What’s more, the SEC won’t necessarily have to file that case in a federal court in Louisiana. They could file it in an Alabama federal court and argue with the defendants about the proper venue. Worst case scenario for the SEC, the case gets transferred to a Louisiana federal district court, which, like any federal court in a case invoking the First Amendment, would have the power to overrule the Louisiana state court injunction.

In any event, the assertion that the SEC is in contempt of court is bull shite"
