You mean since the SEC engaged in exactly the conduct and attained exactly the result Jorden forbade, it's over?

I looked for the text of the order yesterday and didn't find it, so the discussion of the ruling is based on what people say it is and not the text, but it's been alleged/argued that the restrictions only applied once the players were rostered. If they were never rostered by LSU, then there is nothing to violate.

If that's wrong, I'm willing to listen to other reports about the ruling. That seems to be the consensus summary of the ruling on the internet, though.

That choice to not roster the players would be on LSU, not the SEC. They chose not to roster the players. And LSU had always acted under the ruse that these were just random players with no association with LSU, so that makes allegations against the SEC weaker. And, Rousse gutted any claims against the SEC yesterday with his letter, based on when he claims LSU notified the SEC. You're going to run into a timeline issue claiming LSU acted because of the SEC, when LSU stated publicly that it acted prior to the SEC.

Shouldn’t the internet lawyer be working instead of playing on here all day and spewing bull shite?

If a penalty was even on the table Rossy Poo would have already leaked it for the SEC to gauge the temperature.

Why is this an infraction of any kind. Informing someone of their rights isn't against any law or rule.

Because it's Lane and LSU. If they have anything they can spin into looking like he masterminded this they're going to be sky screaming for a suspension. Y'all are trying to apply logic to a situation thats being run by 16 emotional children(15 SEC presidents plus Sanktard)

LSU admittedly did not roster them prior to the Clemson game due to on going court (SEC suit) AND waiting for SEC guidance, approval.

I.e. LSU was making the SEC tell them yes, or no, after the court rulings and the SEC would not respond.

LSU filled the last two roster spots after the SEC started talking about expulsion.

That could plausibly cover LSU in both situations.

I'm unaware of this. LSU was asking the SEC for guidance after the LA judge ruling and the SEC never responded?
I guess that is why Rousse released that letter?

So LSU couldn't get guidance from the SEC on Wright and Harris even though LSU could've played them legally based on the LA judge ruling. LSU then voluntarily kept them off the roster.

They will suspend him for the Ole Miss game and LSU will sue and get an injunction.

Yes.

I don’t think he’s on the sidelines for the Ole Miss game
