Apparently, you don't understand what a pulse of LA means. The OP stated a Pulse of Louisiana not your little community, he's referring to the entire state. Frank relationship built is not only in New Orleans. There's a reason Kitty kissing Coach Brown's arse on twitter. Ya'll speak with emotions and no objectivity.
