I'd like to get back down to 170 pounds. I currently weigh 182 at 5'11".

I jacked up both knees so cardio is an issue at the moment.

Diet has been pretty good for a while, but alcohol is my crutch. Stopping cold turkey tomorrow and going to hit the gym twice a day for the foreseeable future.

Get back into the 180s and join the 1000 lb club. Going to be tough. Have about 60 lbs to add to squat and deadlift and about 25 lbs to lose.

See my abs for the first time since...ever.

I'm 43, do BJJ 4 days a week and lift 2 days. I went from around 175 back in August to now 165. I have a BJJ competition on Jan 22nd, so I'm just trying to maintain where I'm at for now since I'm competing at the 168 & under weight class. I'm only 5'5" so I still have some fat to lose.

Really going to focus on my endurance cardio and eating habits.

My 2022 goals, taken from my hand-written sheet

405 bench (got close but failed this year due to shoulder injury)
440 bench (I believe I will hit 405 and go beyond)
Hammer curl 110’s ((currently at 75)
Seated concentrated one arm dumbbell curl 140 (currently at 85x5)
Close grip pulldown 300 (the entire stack on our pulldown at the gym)
T-bar row 5 plates
EZ bar curl 225

Grip Goals:
Close 191# rgc gripper with right hand (currently at 167)
Close 150# rgc gripper with left hand (currently at 135ish)
One-hand pinch block 100 (currently at 62,5)
Fat grip extreme rows with 125 pound dumbbell
Probably will aim for more but these are tops for me

I also want to work my triceps way more since I bench with a slightly narrower grip

My bodyweight is hovering around 190-195, I want to complete all of these under 225 if possible. Heaviest I’ve ever been is 202. I will weigh myself immediately (the night of) knocking down these goals.

Lastly, I will log every workout in 2022 and have a daily recovery routine.

All of this will be very hard to reach since I start a new job at an accounting firm and will having to be preparing for the CPA exam this year. So that is why I’m calling this my “Everest” year, to go higher and push myself way further than I ever thought possible.

How are you sub 10% BF and can't do a muscle up?

If you've been training at all you can do a muscle up by the middle of this month.

Dial back my running and ramp back up lifting a ton. I know I’ll have to get a little more strict on diet but I think I’m up to it. I’ll prob still run as frequently (5-6 days a week) but dial the mileage back to 3-4 miles with maybe one longer one on the weekend. Ready to get jacked again. Lol.

Happy New Years

Visible bicep and calf veins. I know it’s stupid, but that’s my goal for this year.

I will be 70 in September, 6’ 1.5”, 208 currently, and hope to be able to reach 10 bench reps with 85 lb dumbbells. I max at 80x6 now. I think it may be attainable if shoulder and elbow joints hold up.

I may also target weighing 215 lb without increasing waist size, currently 36.
