Fellas, most of you are in your mid 30s or mid 40s, you don't need pre-workout to go to anytime fitness to lift for 45 minutes 4 days a week. And you likely don't need protein powder, just eat some meat and you will easily hit your needed protein goals. Drink a cup of coffee or if it's after noon...
