I actually like where this is going. Now, society can sue the parent(s) of kids who kill people in the hood on a daily basis in this country. Maybe then some form of accountability will begin to resonate.

She is absolutely correct.
But, that someone is her. The minute she decided to frick babby Daddy, a responsibility is supposed to be instilled.
But, society today has crushed that responsibility and says it is the "village" that raises a child.

Sounds like a ben crump special... swoop in to high profile death, find entity with money, extract huge settlement fast before evidence presented. It is formulaic at this point.
