I love dips. On chest day I do 4 sets of 20. 45 years old, 6’2” 225lbs. I’d imagine I can max around 30ish

I still have my Benjamin pump 347 .177 pellet gun my stepdad gave to me in the 90’s. That thing can kill a grizzly bear if I pump it 12 times.

This. I’m sure every canoe will two people with an ice chest and whatever each of us can carry. I’ll have a back pack and a dry bag. I’m going to bring some extra stuff in my truck and whatever we can fit in the canoe I’ll take and leave the rest behind.

Going on a three day camping trip on the Buffalo River in Arkansas. We will kayak all day and set up camp on the river at night. I have a tent and sleeping bag. One of the guys coming with us has all the cooking gear. I have dry bags for clothes. What else?

I quit drinking 7 years ago and started lifting and dialing in a healthier diet. But sugar craving is my weakness. I eat candy daily and ice cream occasionally. One thing that has helped has been apples. I eat the shite outta apples. I know I could be a lot leaner than I am if I could cut sugar but it’s hard as hell:lol:
