There were WAY too many purchases from people who couldn't even load a magazine. I made it a point to run a quick basic operations before I handed the firearm over.
INO, there should be some type of minimal firearm training before purchase.
Something like a driver's license or a hunter's ed card.
1984 I am in Security in metry see two guys buying lever action 30/30s had never hunted in their lives or ever shot a high powered rifle. The dingbat at Security tried to show them how to load and operate the rifle but nah.... him too....
next moring I am going with some neighborhood folks for either sex hunt at PRWMA.... and who is in the parking area next to us but those dummies... I watched which way they went and went the other way. killed a nice 75lb hog....
but yeah I am as 2a as it gets but some people need training before buying a gun or a boat.

I have talked to 7 Principals this week in my normal course of business and ALL are voting against it.
From what I understand(and this happened on the last "split ending vote" school boards and some politicians are pressuring principals to vote one way or another....... I know 3 public principals that wanted to vote to end split but school board people and others told them to vote in a different way.
