Pepper Mills

Does anyone have an opinion on a good pepper mill? I want one that's adjustable that can grind out a lot of pepper. I have been disappointed with the ones I've had. I may need two: one for the table top and one for cranking out a lot of ground pepper for things like rubs. I would appreciate it if you could post what brand/size/etc and why you like it. Thanks.

I got this set of electric grinders for father's day and really like them. They're automatic and turn on as soon as you turn them upside down.

Only recommendation i can make is to look for one with ceramic grinding components. Far superior to steel.

For the table, Peppermate is awesome. 5 turns is half teaspoon.

I used to have some medium sized clear with stainless steel blades and a spindle with an adjustable screw for the cut size of grind.
Being see through was nice for ease of refill and if the production starts acting up to diagnose what is going on without taking the whole thing apart.
They were from some department store at a mall around Christmas when all those home gadgets are in stock and on display for stocking stuffers back in the’80’s.
They too were taken in the house robbery/vandalism so I can’t get you the brand.

This one is easily the best I've used outside of the much more expensive Mannkitchen Pepper Cannon. I've been very happy with it.

Unicorn magnum has been great for me. Spending $50 on a pepper mill is painful but it works like a dream

I got the one Jaques Pepin uses, and I love it. The grind is adjustable, it's easy to crank, and you can use the clear plastic bottom to catch what you have ground or remove it to drop the pepper directly onto the food.

I have the pepper cannon and salt cannon. They are fantastic. I give pepper cannon as wedding gifts to everyone now. Super expensive, but super nice.

I don't know anything about the Pepper Cannon but looks good although expensive. I would recommend any Peugeot grinders as the grinding engine is very well made.

In the video the guy reviewing the Pepper Cannon owned a Peugeot Grinder and it broke after a year.

I bought this one about a year ago. As soon as I took it out of the box I knew it would be awesome. It will last several lifetimes, puts out a ton of pepper and the grind is immaculate.

I have multiples of these. I got one as a gift many many years ago and that one still works perfectly. I love them. I think my Mom has had hers for probably 40 years.

I have a set of [link=( https://www.lecreuset.com/salt-and-pepper-mill-set-1/ST0001.html)]Le Creuset[/link] salt and pepper mills that I've had for over 10 years that have held up well. The acrylic coating on the bottom of the pepper mill is cracked because it sat in some spilled water on the counter, so that's a definite mark against them, but for $75 for the set, I like them.
I wish I had $200 pepper mill money
