seriously. if you can't tell the difference between homemade and blue runner, you have an awful palate or can't cook and ought to avoid homemade anything at that point. just save yourself the time.

You can’t just show up and run these things without preparing your body

i have one of the early generation meater probes, and it was quite literally throwing money away. the hunk of junk never worked.
