19 year old me could run circles around 40 year old me.

He used to run the lakes with an 80lb X vest and sometimes burn a heater while doing it.

40 year old me doesn't have the endurance, but the dad strength would terrify that young kid.

If you're having these thoughts at 30, you need to make significant life changes now.

I was bulletproof until 60, and only recently have had to confront the fact that I can't run as far or as fast, or lift as much as I did when I was in my 30s. You're right, it is humbling.

I still have excellent stamina, and I'm glad I started regular exercise early on. It helps you bounce back from inevitable health challenges, and keeps your testosterone up, and definitely helps with sex.

"Don't let the old man in" is damn good advice.

40 and play basketball 5 days a week. I'm in good shape. I can see things on the court before they happen, but I'm not quick enough to stop it anymore.

Get a grip on yourself. I'm in my 60s and can still outwork teenagers.

30?

I was at peak fitness around 30-32.

After that it all went downhill.

Did an off-road race yesterday where 5 out of the top 6 were in their 40-50's. You haven't even peaked yet.

I’m turning 32. I’m stronger and more capable than I’ve ever been. Don’t make excuses for yourself.

You’re young. Shut the frick up and get in the gym. Read “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins. Binge some CT Fletcher content on YouTube.

You can be ripped and fit by 32, easily.

This post just about sent me into a blind rage.

You sniveling little whiny arse bitch. You have no idea how young you are.

Shitttt, I’m 38 and wish I had the body I had at 30 already . Life is hectic with young kids and you have to literally force workout time on yourself otherwise the day just gets away from you.
