A tent has walls. A canopy does not. A canopy is not an enclosure. They could have easily said canopy. They also didn't ban tables.

You don't see tents out there. You see canopies. Are they classifying a canopy as a tent?
If not you will see even more canopies. A canopy for every space that uses to have a tarp.
Also, is a blanket a tarp?

The whole election is going to be decided in like 20 counties. That's it. A few in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada.
