Iran is not a threat to the United States with or without a nuclear weapon. Like zero threat no matter how you want to spin it retroactively. If the Iranians want a nuclear weapon, they want it for security like North Korea. Not to mention we obviously have eyes and ears all over Iran through both human and technological sources. Again, Iran is minimal threat at best.

The future of the country depends on routing Democrats, not giving them a campaign for no reason at all.

There is no threat to the United States from Iran. There was certainly no urgent need to launch a regime change war in Iran.

So in that sense, it was absolutely moronic politically.

The outcome of the elections in November are extremely critical to the future of the country.

The outcome was already in doubt. Just look at the history of midterm elections for the party in the White House. Not good.
