People who bitch and moan about turning 30 must treat their body like dogshit and eat garbage. Man the frick up. Get to work instead of crying. Give results, not excuses

I’m 58 and some times I feel 35 and others 65.

Aching joints is my biggest issue.

Boomer here…. 73.
All you young guys have a lot to look forward to. /sarcasm/ There’s high blood pressure, arthritis, enlarged prostate, gaining weight even though you’re eating much less than you once did …(metabolism slows down), skin cancer, hearing loss, etc, etc.

At 50 my doc told me… “you have good health… go out there and enjoy it. Use it or you lose it.”

At 70 it’s…”Sit down and die, or keep active and live.” In other words… get busy living or get busy dying.

Getting old ain’t for wimps. Enjoy your youth and take care of yourselves. It goes by so fast. I envy you guys.

Hell, you think it’s rough then wait until you’re 54 lifting with your 23 spec ops son. Shits about as humbling as can be.

Wait until you turn 40+. Do the work now. Keep healthy, sleep, drink water, get sunlight, drink occasionally but not too much. Spend time with family and friends. Help people.

Wait until you're 50 and pull a muscle so bad while YAWNING that your neck still hurts a week later.

I am 35 and in better shape than I was playing college football.

However I am positive I could not take a hit

It is not that hard to eat decent, and work out some. Don't have to be Lance Freaking Armstrong. Just say no to the sugar cookie, and you will have better luck with the real cookie.

Dude, I was in better shape in my early 30's than i was in my 20's. I'm in my 40's now. That's when the shite hits the fan. However, Tony Horton started P90X when he was in his late 40s so nothing is inevitable.

I've been training like crazy in the gym after being sedentary for over a year due to back surgery. Never have regained feeling in my left leg. Feeling a lot better though

Want some real advice? Check out Atomic Habits by James Clear. The $15 audiobook is an interesting listen, author-narrated, beginning with the gripping recount of his traumatic brain injury.

I followed his simple advice and my life habits dramatically improved long-term. Who cares if you aren't the same man anymore? At only 30 you can be better than you've ever been if you learn how to develop good habits now.

I'm mid 30's and I'm sore today from pressure washing the house and driveway yesterday.

I've had a few "gut checks" recently that have me about to go keto and get back into the gym.
