They weren't enforcing it anyway. There is zero net change.

Repeating what I wrote in anc's thread:

Like the court corrected itself on RvW with Dobbs it appears they corrected itself on Texas.

It sucks that the Remain in Mexico policy will not remain in place because I think it's good policy but one consistent theme that has come out of the court this session is if you want lasting policy change we need to go through the legislative process.

Dumb question on my part, but what does this really change? So instead of sending some back to mexico to wait on their citizenship status, they merely ride in trucks and potentially get set on fire in America?
Just wondering what this really changes?

LOL. Let's never, ever forget little Eurocrap threating over the IRS monitoring $600 dollar checking account withdrawal/deposits. This after the people he supports openly stated they were going to do that once in office.

So Trump wasn't allowed to get rid of Obama's Executive Order for DACA, but Biden can get rid of Trumps Stay in Mexico.

Great job SCOTUS

Live by executive order, die by executive order. The court continues force policies into their appropriate channels. The Remain in Mexico is good policy but this was the right decision.

Did you know it was against the law to come into the country illegally ? Should this administration enforcement of the law now be expected ?

Well, I don’t see why an executive order by one president couldn’t be undone by the next president

Yet they mandated the Obama's Dreamer EO had to stand.

Can someone explain to me the legal basis for the differences in rulings?
