Aranda has proven himself this year and the Bama game in particular. He is worth every penny of his contract plus some. We get someone in here that can put some points on the board, this team will be dangerous.

Why would I hope? The only coach I've definitively said I don't want is a Fedora. And that's just because he's a douche, he seems to be a pretty good coach.

Trickett isn't an upgrade over Grimes.

Exactly... the defenses LSU puts out basically every year are strong. They just need an offense who can score some points and get them a little rest.

Grimes is > than trickett imo.. He's dealt with a shite ton of injuries but has managed it well minus bama and noone has fared well vs them. It's being said O has impressed enough that if he doesn't get Lsu job he will land somewhere and probably a power 5 program. I would love for him to stay but he deserves another shot if that's what he truly wants. He deserves a shot somewhere with what he's done since ole miss. No interim coach had had near the success O has. Goin back years and years dabo is the only one to really come close with a 4-3 record at Clemson.

Neither would be coaching under Jimbo at LSU, so I wouldn't worry about it.

However, my point was that you are losing a ton and with a new staff coming in a national championship expectation may be aiming a little high.

Earlier in the three I said 'maybe' and NC type year. Also that I would expect a 10-11 win season.

But I'll admit, if aranda is at lsu and we have a true offensive coach, there is no reason to expect much less than a playoff contender

Okay, but what are Aranda's thoughts on the matter? What if Herman goes to FSU or another power and asks Aranda to join him?

FSU hires assistants on the Cheap. Not worried in the least bit. Aranda won't be going anywhere.

Jimbo Fisher isn't the answer for LSU he lucked up on Winston and even some of those games with him since them please tell me what he's done in a bad football conference to warrant this job.

I'm so sick of people like you! LSU would be blessed to have Jimbo Fisher!

Some of you dumbasses wouldn't be happy with Bill Belichick.

Are you like this at home? You need to change your attitude, sir, or your kids are going to be so emotionally battered they'll end up selling themselves on the street!

GEAUX TIGERS!

Some people are just so ungrateful.

You have to wonder if some of the posts like this are actually trolls from other fan bases.

he must be one lucky bastard.
4 QBs drafted in the first round in the last 10 years.

i mean no way that stat has anything at all to do with Jimbo's coaching or anything. Those guys all fell into his lap as first rounders already.

So USC lucked up on Matt Leinart I guess.. Ohio state lucked up with Zeke, Spurrier lucked up with Danny.

Who should LSU hire over Jimbo? And give 3 reasons.
