That's Jimbo's MAIN stipulation. He's just going to bat for "his guys",

Anyone else worried about this part?
There's not a proven head coach out there who wouldn't want to "go to bat for his guys". This is what you get when you hire a new coach. Even our interim coach fired some guys and brought in new ones. As long as he's fine with keeping Aranda, I have no beef. If we trust the man to be the coach, we have to trust him to run the team.

LSU will always be fine. That's just a shite ton of losses to overcome in one season and expect a national title.

Yes, this year should have been the national title.

Bama has a great defense. But moderate competence on offense should have won that game.

Jimbo Fisher isn't the answer for LSU he lucked up on Winston and even some of those games with him since them please tell me what he's done in a bad football conference to warrant this job.
I'm so sick of people like you! LSU would be blessed to have Jimbo Fisher!

Some of you dumbasses wouldn't be happy with Bill Belichick.

Are you like this at home? You need to change your attitude, sir, or your kids are going to be so emotionally battered they'll end up selling themselves on the street!

GEAUX TIGERS!

Guy is right. Jimbo is not the answer

GOD where to start with this freaking ignorant post.

So you going to discount him winning NC because HE recruited and coached Winston but he had nothing to do with the success that year?

ACC is NOT a bad football conference. As a matter of fact top to bottom it has been as almost as good as the SEC in recent years and the second best conference in the country.

Tell me something Coach O has on his resume better than Jimbo?

Calm down. Not everybody likes Jimbo.

That's why you search and interview. Saban wasn't THE most popular guy who he was hired. Go through the process. You'll know in 2 weeks

2 things: One, you have no clue who they have or haven't talked to yet. And two, college football is a whole different animal and so is LSU than it was in 1999.
