Could we get better? Probably.
No probably about it. We 100% can and are getting someone better.
Wanting to win is one thing. Crashing out or thinking this has any implications on the future is astonishing to me. Wild

The defense is depleted. I hope nobody thinks too much into this performance.

No excuse for the penalties though

So Lane has to have had some input because that’s the best we have looked literally all year

Stir Crazy is probably my favorite comedy of all time. Definitely top 5. Brewsters Millions is pretty good.

Can you blame me? Everything coming out of Oxford has been BS. We were told Lane wouldn't leave, he did. We were told Sumrall was basically a done deal, if Kiffin left. He went to Florida. We were told only Lane and his brother were getting on the jet. False. We were told the Ole Miss AD offered to double the offensive staff's salaries if they'd stay. The majority left. We were told Lane threatened the staff and told them they wouldn't have a job if they didn't get on the jet. Multiple coaches weren't on the jet and were still hired at LSU. And then he let them come back and coach for Ole Miss in the CFP. We were told that Lane barely worked and Pete was mostly behind the team's success. Meanwhile, Ole Miss was trying to make Lane the highest paid coach in America. Is Keith Carter completely incompetent?
It all has been like when you leave the crazy girlfriend and they try to make you look bad to all of the people you know. Twist things to make them look like the victim. It’s sad and pathetic. Sometimes he’s just not that into you Ole Miss. I know it’s silly, but it’s actually a basic look into human nature imo. It’s pretty much as simple as that.
It wasn’t the AD. It was the boosters. They were pissed and threw a fit.

Honestly, if everyone would’ve just kept their mouth shut, I truly believe everything still would have been up in the air until after Ole Miss’ last game. At least publicly. Yes he leaves, but it’s not public chaos. The only way chaos could’ve been prevented is if Ole Miss’ boosters don’t flip out and wait for him to finalize everything after the season. They tried to force him to stay another season or go immediately. That was never going to work. They chose chaos. And i understand why. The finger automatically got pointed at Kiffin. They knew it would. They knew Kiffin would look bad. That’s why they did it. Because that’s his history.

But in this case, he begged to stay and finish. He just didn’t want to stay longer than the end of the season. Everyone chose to ignore that he begged to stay because “Kiffin leave! Kiffin bad! You see?! This is what Kiffin does!” It’s wild, but it’s really not. It’s human nature.
Surprised it took till page 2. The It’s always Sunny Christmas episode is one of the greatest. It’s the one where Danny Devito comes out of the couch naked. One of the most iconic scenes in the show’s history. It’s a classic.

It will fluctuate depending on need. Hence the 25+ budget. The + means who knows.
It’s pretty simple. Brian, Ed, and Nick are very generic names. Les and Lane are not nearly as common and everyone knows immediately who you’re talking about.

A lot of people, including myself, used “Ed O” a lot.
Terminator 2 is his best movie. But I recently watched Titanic again and man, for 1997, that movie was absolutely beautiful.

The writing sucks, but you go see a Cameron movie for the technical brilliance and visual experience. And for 1997, that movie was a ride. It puts you on the Titanic.

re: 2million for the running back

I know that our running game has been complete shite and it’s hard for us to imagine why you would want to spend good money on a RB. But lane is in charge now and his running game is essential and a great RB is important. Not sure if 2 million is what we’ll spend, but it’s not the same situation anymore,

Ole Miss and Aggie have surpassed Bama for me definitely. It’s not the same without Saban. Ole Miss is going to be hot every year now. We play two hated teams every year and I love it. It’s going to be fun.

We were their Super Bowl.

But it worked out because them killing us set off a chain of events that made me happy
There’s no way these players and coaches can be 100% focused or even give a shite about the playoffs. The good players are transferring and the coaches are already gone. They would probably get their arse kicked even if they were focused. It’s pretty fricking stupid if you actually think about it.

re: No more G5 in the CFP

Im kind of on the side where they should be there. Otherwise the media will never shut up. Let them get their arse kicked. And there way be an upset one day.

The biggest problem with putting them in is their coach will either be gone to another job, or checked out focusing on another job. That’s the biggest problem with it imo.
Just checked the score. wtf is going on? Putting people to sleep out there
After Beamer gets fired next year, we’re going to take more than their dline coach. Duckworth will have one year of experience under his belt and we’ll be here ready.

50k would have been an extremely high end pool in 1989. Which is when the movie released. It would be more realistic to value it at around 25k. It could have been as low as 10k.
