I wish someone would find the receipts on why the Shreveport Times ousted him.
If a vote is called and 2 or more SEC school shitbags vote to kick out LSU, LSU Brass should seek an exit strategy from the SEC. It will never be the same in the SEC, and the retaliatory targeting, tortious interference, and collusion by these self-righteous assholes will only get worse. LSU is obviously no longer welcome in the Shiteastern Conference. Bring on the B1G courtship
I read on TRant last week that multiple P4 programs revoked Delly’s media access for publishing unsubstantiated BS and attaching unvetted, anonymous secondary sources (made up). And worse, Delly published an even bigger pile of shite: articles that bordered on tertiary sourcing. Of course, the AP Sports editors awarded him the 2025 best beat writing award.

I made a meme video of LSU Saban using
WAFB footage from the vault where Saban was tearing Adrian Mayes a new a-hole and said, "Can you even touch the rim in basketball? Your tackling is absolute shite." I captured it with, “ LSU Got Young Saban.. fricking terrorist lol “ and it went mega viral on college football Twitter. I talked to many coaches and former CFB beat writers who commented on and shared my meme video. Oddly, a few didn't have nice things to say about Delly. They knew Delly once had deep sources at LSU, and now Delly writes shite pieces on LSU, so the reports must be true. Multiple P4 programs have revoked his access.

He works for the two worst sports digital rags in the country: SI, which I am surprised is still in business, and Yahoo Sports. Another college football sports writer I used to enjoy and subscribe to, but who's now an insufferable douche, is Matt Hayes. I met him at dinner in Hoover for the 2011 SEC media days, and we talked at the bar for hours about old LSU and Spurrier stories. From the late 90s through the 2000s and early 2010s, Matt Hayes was one of the best sports writers in the business. He used to write for the Sporting News and now writes for USA Today. He's completely flipped and has become as insufferable as Forde and Woken. Most of these national beat writers are self-righteous pricks and have a super-inflated sense of self-worth.

As they should. The NCAA committed a gross injustice by not issuing a blanket waiver for the 2022 signees.

I hope the players sue the SEC and the NCAA. And yes, LSU will be sued too.
Not after he went on Twitter and basically called Tony Clayton and the Louisiana AG a liar. No doubt Sankey sent Herb to Twitter/X to control the spin and recapture the plot. Sankey thinks Herb would have brought credibility to the conversation, since most LSU fans, including me, hold Herb in high regard. That ended last week. Herb replied to large LSU social media content creator threads, saying Sankey, under oath, didn't say he hasn't read and understand the 5-for-5 rule and didn't say he hasn't read the 5-for-5 handbook. Herb, it’s in the official court record. So Court reporters are lying now, too?
Most Bama fans i talked to said the SEC is pissing in the wind, and this shite has become an egotistical contest of who has the biggest dick.

Ifs Birmingham. They have this inflated sense of self worth. And play the moral relativism bs every chance they get. Pat Smith is insufferable gump.
Bad for contacting players, which every SEC program did post-5 for 5? 2 months earlier, players had 3 choices, and none of them included staying in the program. They ran out of eligibility and had to choose between staying in school, getting a regular full-time job, or pursuing the NFL. Once a player exhausts eligibility, they don't declare like after the junior year; they leave. Every SEC team targeted 2022 signees who had run out of eligibility before June 5 for the 5-rule—half the league rostered players who interfaced with an NFL team and signed a participatory contract. LSU seems blatantly targeted, and this isn't some left-field, Alex Jones-esque conspiracy. It’s crystal clear and coordinated.

If things go sideways and LSU gets kicked out, the discovery process will be pure hell for the SEC and the other 15 SEC members. Every SEC team’s records will be subpoenaed, including the Gump cock slurping SEC office.

Seriously, frick Sankey and frick these disingenous SEC school shite bag presidents who are clearly trying to concentrate and flex power. It's borderline neo-fascism and looks like classic collusion.

A small part of me wants to see these red redneck assholes kick LSU out. At the same time, LSU joins the Big 12 temporarily—until they successfully launch and win the biggest sports antitrust suit of this century, with the federal courts awarding LSU treble damages in the 11 figures. Have fun writing that $733 million check, Red Elephant retards.
Weak argument. But I will say, Sankey fricked up the SEC's current TV deal. He sounds like a piss poor negotiator. The B1G has lapped us. 7 billion vs. 3 billion, even though the SEC has a better viewership draw. Ohio State is the exception; the Bucks consistently draw great ratings.

I eventually see another antitrust suit similar to the '80s, but. Still, this will be Big-power blue bloods negotiating directly for better TV rights and a bigger share of the royalties vs. 100% collegiate conferences. LSU, Bama, Texas, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee generate the lion's share of the TV ratings. Those schools should be paid a better royalty %.

Equal protection will be tricky to argue since it will be hard to establish a state actor. I am no attorney, so this is where I limit out on my legal knowledge.
No. We were in the Big 3 that fricking created the SEC. Tennessee, Alabama, and LSU were the 3 schools at the Pre-SEC discovery session in the early 30's. LSU, along with Tennessee, were the first to advocate for creating the SEC and got Bama and Georgia on board at that discovery meeting. They drew the map at the discovery meeting. A few months later, the meeting in Knoxville took place, with invitations sent to the founding member schools, including Sewanee, Tulane, and Georgia Tech. Dan Hardesty's 'Louisiana Tigers" goes into detail on how the SEC was created and how LSU played a critical role.

SEC is a cash cow; even though Sankey fricked up the current SEC TV deal, B1G has lapped the SEC

SU really needs to sue the ever loving frick out of the SEC

Classic case of collusion. That would push it into an antitrust lawsuit. fricking 11-figure law suit.

Sue them for a billion dollars

It will be more than that, Sparky. It would be an 11-figure suit.

I don't think Sankey cares, and the rest of the conference is on a power trip after we didn't add them to the roster.

Sankey and the SEC school presidents are being disingenuous and intellectually dishonest. They'd better tread lightly.

LSU is protected by the outcome of the federal case under the Louisiana state court order. If the federal court nullifies the injunction, the SEC can't act against LSU. This situation appears to be a classic case of collusion, especially if the SEC votes LSU out, which could lead to an antitrust lawsuit. The SEC applied different standards to LSU regarding Harris and Wright, while half the league rostered players who practiced with NFL teams under participatory contracts at minicamps. Both the UDFA contract and the participatory contracts are binding and signed by an agent of the NFL.

The SEC's lawsuit is weak and stretches First Amendment grounds. The Beiako case exposed the SEC and was far worse. The SEC sat there with their head up their asses and did nothing. No extraordinary measures taken, no emergency sessions, no public threats to kick out a founding SEC member. LSU could argue a violation of the Equal Protection Clause. Still, it likely wouldn't hold up, since federal courts view the SEC as a private entity. The Miicamp contracts give LSU a solid basis for a counterargument against unfair business practices. If LSU were removed over claims against Kiffin, it would open the door to an 11-figure antitrust lawsuit. It could sink the SEC. Plus, the SEC's TV contract is shite without LSU. The SEC can't find a new member equal to what LSU returns to the league. Sure, in the frick isn't Clemson, Florida State, or fricking Tulane.

Sankey has weaponized SEC school presidents, state AGs, and the media in this apparent collusion.

It's pretty odd that Bama literally played a pro player and nothing happened

The SEC sat there with their head up their arse and did nothing. Sankey did a taped depo, but he had to. No warning, no harsh language, no extraordinary measures, no emergency session to call for a BS vote on a new policy. No SEC school presidents pumping up Delly for daily hit pieces, no coordinated attacks from State AGs, no coordinated media smear campaign. No John Talty leaking 10-year-old stories everyone already knew because he has a personal axe to grind. No threats to be kicked out of the SEC. Their mouthpiece, Finebaum, said nothing. The Bediako case was far worse than LSU rostering a UDFA player and another who barely practiced a month on at an NFL training camp.p

Every player who goes to minicamp signs a participatory contract. So they are, in fact, "pro". A player who crosses the line onto an NFL practice facility is a pro under the SEC's own fricking BS policy. Sankey acknowledged he failed to understand the new SEC policy, along with the 5-for-5 rule. And this Gump cuck is suing LSU on the grounds of those said rules. The SEC carved out the minicamp loophole by design. I'm convinced of it now.

You now have Georgia, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Florida, Texas, and Bama fans giddy on Twitter, wanting to replace LSU with Tulane. fricking mob mentality, and everyone is being disingenous, especially Sankey and the shite bag member school presidents. Even Herb Vincent played damage control on Twitter and said Sankey didn't acknowledge that he never read the 5-for-5 rule. It's in the fricking official court record, Herb. Finebaum said if the vote was today, LSU would be kicked out. This is a critical moment for the SEC, and they must be held accountable.

Hope Kiffin faxes the roster in
