Isn’t it a requirement for an HB1 that you can’t find a U.S. worker?

It is, but these companies job searches consist of running a newspaper ad in an obscure small rural town somewhere in the middle of the Oklahoma panhandle.

Hire them back at a fraction of the cost and then talk about how "superior" Indians are.

Our government needs to slow play the HB1 application and acceptance process.

That’s what an internet company is doing in the internet age?

That requirement needs to be changed to require internet posting including the big sites like zip recruiter.

Wow! Thanks for letting me know which groups I should hate. It’s really important information. I don’t know how I would ever know who to hate without random posts from X being shared on this forum.

It is entertaining, though.

This is what they do, and no one says shite about it except for people like us on message boards.

I can only imagine they've found a workaround for Trump's new 100k per H1B rule?
