Right to Work State--- a Conservative article of faith.

Right to work has absolutely nothing to do with this. Right to work means you don't have to join the union if your job is covered by union contract.

Technically it is a HIPAA violation. You are literally forcibly having your private information released.

Well you could give them a copy of them a copy of the Nuremberg Code for starters, then refer them to OHSA as any illness or injury will now be deemed worked should you decide to take injection, and them slap them with a disclaimer to sign (dont know link for website).

I am not a lawyer, so this is not legal advice, just suggestions, and advise speaking to one on what other options are available to pursue.

It is not a HIPPA violation for them to ask and they can require you to show proof to remove the mask in the workplace. They can also require you to get the shot as a condition of continued employment.

Claim religious exemption. They cannot fire you based upon religion.

People do not understand the freedom employers (and employees) enjoy (for the most part) in right to work states. You can quit for any reason. Likewise they can fire you for damn near any reason. Don’t like the way an employee smells, you can fire them for it. Don’t like the car they drive, same thing.

Mine is requiring vax even though I work 100% from home. The only interaction I have with co-workers is Teams video conferences. Didn't realize I could infect or get infected through a monitor.

Good business practice. Your employer’s premiums depend in part on how much you fat slobs use it. Or even worse, it may even be a self funded insurance plan with a third party administrator. Can’t blame a business for protecting its bottom line.

Umm. Well.. maybe if they were requiring proof of wearing a seatbelt to work? Or proof that you didn't eat pizza and went to the gym last night as well.. But they can't really do that because it's a huge invasion of privacy?

Why would you want a job working for such disrespectful nosy controlling twats. You show up to work every day to help THEM take a profit and that is how they act, taking you for granted. No job is worth being treated bad. Furthermore, in this environment with UBI, they are lucky you show up at all. Go collect unemployment and while you do find a better job where you are treated good. Have some self respect, you will get the job and treatment you are willing to accept

Sounds like you have a thing or ten to know about HIPAA*
No doubt.

Dumb me thought they meant it when privacy of medical records was a foundation of the law.

Under HIPAA (but not all state laws), employers are permitted to ask employees about their vaccine status, but employees are not required to provide that information to their employer.

It gets into the ADA if an employer terminates an employee for refusing to do so.

How to tell when someone doesn't understand HIPAA...they spell it HIPPA.

Find like minded individuals in the company, all of you leave, and form an LLP that competes with the company you currently work for. Take all contacts and vendors with you. Compile a "mind your own business" employee commitment and scalp other individuals from other companies doing the same thing.
