Option 2: Ask your healthcare provider for a copy. Louisiana has had an Immunization Information Sytem (IIS) called LINKS, since 2001. Most Louisiana providers performing vaccinations enter data into LINKS.

so basically they give you a vaccination card that you then show your dumbass employer?

Ask them for proof that they don't have STD's and see what they say.

Depends on which state you live in. My employer has been hounding me about getting the vax. Not getting it. My sister's employer just sent out a memo today that all employees must get vaxxed by October 19 and show proof. She lives in FL also. They think that since they have a contract with Medicare that they can force their independent contractors to do this. Nope. She too said she would quit just like me. The only difference is I dont have to show my employer proof. This whole vax thing is getting way out of hand and there are a lot of lawsuits coming down the pipe.

Good business practice. Your employer’s premiums depend in part on how much you fat slobs use it. Or even worse, it may even be a self funded insurance plan with a third party administrator. Can’t blame a business for protecting its bottom line.

Why are conservatives such p*ssies. Tell them you don't want to and you have an attorney on the hook ready to sue them for everything they are worth. If its a big company, get a group together and make a big stink about it. Get the media there, make a show of it. Make them uncomfortable.

Why act like liberal and punish people for personal choice, pale face?

They can request you participate in a voluntary “attestation policy” and share your status. IE, you don’t have to, and tell them so.

Or, they can institute a written COVID policy which requires vaccination and they could terminate you fir violating that policy in an at will state.

If they don’t have a written COVID policy tell them you would like the request in writing.

If they do have a written COVID policy you will be at risk of being terminated for violating said policy.

Every day before work I have to open an app on my company issued IPhone and complete a Covid19 questionnaire before beginning work…so far no mandatory vaccination requirement.

Now if seen without mask will ask for proof of jab or face disciplinary action Any legal ramifications to this?

I’m okay if my work did this. Actually they are requiring masks for everyone. I hope they don’t eventually make the vax mandatory.

This isn't always true. The real problem here is that they aren't mandating vaccination, they're just saying if you're not you have to wear a mask. There's not much wiggle room for a lawsuit.

If my employer comes at me about requiring me to jab I'm preparing myself to force them to fire me in hopes of suing. The experimental serums are too risky and there's no one to hold accountable.

No wonder there's a high rate of vaccinated people who are testing positive!
