The fact of the matter is, I do not think they should be allowed to come back at all, but it's allowed by law.
The waiting period they have to go through is dependent on quite a few things, but it's a very costly and time-consuming process.

The big question is why should people be rewarded for breaking the law and be given things our citizens don’t get? This is the answer. They shouldn’t.

She brought her illegal litter of chirrun there in a vehicle. It was abandoned so they could go home. I imagine it will be auctioned to cover the burden of getting them home.

We should absolutely treat them with respect and dignity. Then we can ship them back to their home country. Their home country needs them more than we do.

Ultimately, most of the people like her are mere pawns in the bigger political game that’s been taking place in these years.
If I were living in another country, perhaps struggling to make it and listening to various NGOs and officials from one of the major political parties encouraging and incentivizing me to make my way to the United States, I’d probably be inclined to be rushing up here too.
It’s the Democratic Party that ultimately created these situations and they were doing it for their own political benefit and avenues for grabbing and maintaining political power.
