Nobody said the kid cannot transfer. He's just going to have to pay a penalty to void his current contract. That is how the world works
You cannot just void your contract in the world or the NFL. Same should apply here. That is how you get the portal under control. Enforce contracts
Lawsuit is coming. You now have kids with an NIL deal bailing for something else. It is pretty simple. You sign, you play. No second-guessing once signed.

It is like a coaching contract. If a school wants another school's coach there is a buyout that has to be paid. This isn't brain surgery, and these kids are most assuredly not brain surgeons. Most of these kids probably cannot legitimately academically qualify for a University
Washington does have power. They can force the kid to pay his NIL back. or have LSU do it for him.
He will coach. He is the most hated coach in college football and that is something
Kids should have to pay back a contract on which they bail. That is life and the law

I would have said it if you didn’t. Prayers for the kid. Apparently he didn’t make the NFL? Surprised
LSU has zero morals. As said before Kelly killed a kid, and Lane seems determined to stretch every boundary out there. He’s honestly a PoS. A desperate one
I remember when Mack used to say something similar to player visits in recruiting
Washington is going to sue. Good for them because a contract actually should mean something. These kids are out of control.
The state of college football is crazy land. You have QB's making more than their NFL counterparts, boosters openly flaunting rules, and players with AGENTS before even getting out of HS.

Anything goes. It is the Wild West. The schools with the most money have an advantage. It's no longer a blue-blood thing.
I thought that WR bled burnt orange? That is what the apes on the Texas sites have been saying.
The NCAA isn't going to enforce anything. I honestly believe Coleman ends up at Tech. Their schedule for next year is an honest joke. If they lose a single game, they suck.
He rescheduled Tech. It is going to be one of the Texas schools. I hope A&M has a few backup plans, because nobody has a clue where this kid is going
A&M has a ton of attrition due to the NFL and lack of eligibility. That is why the portal additions along the OL and the kicker are so important. Pretty sure we aren't done in the portal
