Reagan was overrated. Both the Bushes were trouble makers to say the least. Clinton, Obama, and Trump are all pretty average and benefitted from economic headwinds out of their control. Biden has been the worst of my lifetime.

It’s hard to judge Clinton accurately because of the .com boom of the 90’s. Things were booming so hardit would have masked almost any deficiency. I do recall he much more pragmatic than any democrat after him which is a major plus for a democrat.

He lied. He pretended to be against it while it was politically expedient and he needed the votes. He was always secretly for gay and trans rights and when the USSC ruled in favor of gay marriage, the Whitehouse was lit up with rainbow colors.
