Wasted opportunity with poor decision making down the stretch. Good effort but this team is not close to good enough to shoot free throws poorly and get a road win. Have a quick turnaround with A&M. They better shake this one off and be ready to go at home Tuesday night if they want any shot at making the tourney.

As good as Tahaad was in the first, he missed 3 critical wide open looks from 3 the second half that killed us. Those and the missed free throws will likely cost AU this game.
When your white guy can't make a free throw, you have a problem.

I adjusted my expectations early and am just trying to enjoy the wins when they happen knowing this team is not championship caliber. Outside of not getting a true big in the portal, the biggest disappointment this year for me has been Pett's carelessness with the ball. At times he looks like Flanigan his last 2 years playing out of control. That's about the only thing that gets me pissed off while watching because we know he is way better than he is showing right now. Still hitting all the mid-week games this season and enjoying the atmosphere in the arena as we go through a rebuilding process.
Have tape over my camera just in case it ever got turned on by mistake. I also don't have a profile pic on my Teams profile. You want to see me, get off your arse and come to the plant and conduct business face to face. I have been running my division 26 years so if you don't know what I look like, I most likely have no idea who you are and don't care. Once I hit 55 and retire, corporate can hire someone that gives a crap about their Teams protocols.

AU cannot match up with their size. Any team with a couple of bigs down low will give AU fits. AU has a 0.500 conference roster this year which should be good enough to slide into the tourney but will have to get some bigs for 2026 to compete with the top teams.
Duke running back just pulled a Tank Bigsby to give Virginia a chance.
The law of averages wasted no time catching back up to Overton. Good grief what an awful start for him.

The 4th quarter ref hand holding them down the field for a td looked awfully familiar to last week. Any other team in the conference and that would have been a shutout.

Designer of the 2 man patty cake non-rush that allowed the 4th and 31. Probably the dumbest defensive call in the history of college football. It is amazing how these guys just get recycled from one team to the other despite being awful at their job.

Outrebounded them by 7 but they have 16 more shots due to careless turnovers. Unnecessarily tight game that will come down to wire. AU should be up 15+.
