I always thought she was a "plant" to make libs look even more crazy than they are. I got the feeling that on Tucker, she was trolling and playing along with him. For instance, in one video she said that the word Manhattan needs to be changed to "Big Apple" because MAN-hattan is too gender specific. She and Tucker were trying to hold back laughter during that segment.

No idea who she was, but checking out some vids on YouTube(from 4 years ago) I'd have guessed easily mid to late 30's. Certainly in decent shape, well preserved and all, but teenager?? Early 20's? No chance in hell.
