That may not hold up if SCOTUS decides abuse of the autopen by Biden staffers nulls and voids pardons signed with it. At the very least, I would like to see Impeachment proceedings on Schiff. If it ends up that he can't be tried for Treason (or any other crime) then at least remove him from office and block his ability to ever run for office again.

Schiff probably got a heads up from the FBI that a whistleblower had come forward. He then went to start the process of procuring that pardon. This rabbitt hole probably runs very deep.
