I keep having to put my disclaimer into my posts, I truly don't disparage anyone for being physical and moving. At least she's doing that.
But she ran a 13:30/mile 5k then rewarded herself with a 1500 calorie cheesecake, followed by wearing compression boots the day after? It's just too much for me. :rotflmao:
So did anyone else watch Boston? I'm amazed at the athleticism required to run those 2 hour marathons. Those people are like aliens to me.

Has anyone asked the killers family about the "he was bullied" angle? He wasn't a student at that school, where was the bullying? Are they trying to say in the minutes he spent under that tent, he was bullied? :lol:

Runna would never schedule 3 hard runs in a row. It actually warns you against if it you try to adjust it like that on the calendar. Ask me how I know? :lol:
