Potentially, but the prosecution of that leaking would be a legal process.
If people are expanding the definition of "lawfare" to this behavior, then a term that was already huge, vague, and malleable just got exponentially more so

This classified information was Russiagate/collusion stuff, right? No impeachment was in any way related to that.

Arrests
Mean very little. Anyone can be arrested for almost anything.
Although I can't wait for people to incorrectly say I was wrong when a few people are indicted/arrested, as it shows how little they understand about the overall point.

I truly hope something comes of this - I detest the entire group of evil men who have undoubtedly caused great injury to the nation's future. Schiff is surely one of the most evil. I pray he meets his deserved fate.
