Looks legit on the surface anyway. I went to Google Earth and see play yard with structures that children would play on, a volleyball net and lots of well cared for grass to run and play on.
EDIT, I zoomed in some more and the grass looks like it's worn and been played on by rug rats and crumb crunchers.

Those assistant coaches need to ride with Ol Miss as far as they can. A job will always be available, especially if you've coached a CFP finalist or champion. This opportunity may never come again in their lifetime.
