There's a specific law over releasing classified documents.

Now, is he immune (per his arguments), pardoned, or has the SOL run, are the follow up questions to that comment.

That's for federal employees, not Senators.

He's not wrong. You rarely make positive claims about any subject, you wait for others to make them then throw rocks. Your favorite line isn't "that never happened" or "this absolutely happened", it's "there's no evidence of that".

I doubt they will because in reality, “No one will go to jail”” because of the pardons,

Schiffs pardon was specifically for J6 committee participation. The pardon doesn't cover any of these allegations.

Schiffs pardon was specifically for participation in the J6 committee.

Looks like the SOL is 10 yrs.

This kind of stuff doesn't anger or upset me. I just assume that this is the way that the United States of America really works.

Whistleblowers are not equal. Democratic against Republicans you can't even say their name and they get promotions. Other way around they are a joke and doxxed for life and fired.

I have no idea

But it would be hard for me to believe that you could pardon a POS trying to overthrow our government

Here’s another question

Do pardons also cover unrelated crimes (mortgage fraud)

Is a pardon blanket coverage for every crime you committed?

Does it cover every count of leaking?

Good to know. Thought it was a blanket pardon. But, in saying that, the auto pen pardons needs to be null and void if Pedo Joe didn’t sign them or have any idea about the lackies getting paid to write them.
