I don't really see how this is a problem
I get that the influx of Muslims is problematic. A restaurant that offers Halal options? Not even the least bit concerning. There are Halal meat markets all over the country. Why is this one TX BBQ place such an abomination to you?

Don’t see how a Muslim will eat at a place that cooks pork.
One that owned a bunch of grocery stores had a couple hundred head of sheep shipped in from Texas, and the slaughterhouse could not work on pigs at all that day. Eventually, he threatened to stop bringing sheep there if they handled any pigs at all, so they acquiesced. But not really, they did the pigs in secret.

Of course halal food exists in the USA, no one is saying that is even a problem or the problem. It’s the blatant propaganda that is shoved in our faces every minute of every day. Go to a muslim country and see if you can find a BBQ place that has sliced sausage on the menu. Let me know how that works out.

You DO know that Halal food isn’t a style or flavor or “spin” on cuisine, right?
Let’s do some comparisons… Mexican? Peppers and cumin. Japanese? Seafood, oyster sauce, fresh. Italian? Tomato sauces, oregano, parsley. Thai? Spicy and peanuts. Indian? Curry…
What is halal? It’s not a flavor profile or regional style, it’s ritualistic sacrifice to a demon.
