I think they’d fight that it’s the states rights since that’s been the argument. I would like to get it clarified that federal elections should be under the purview of the federal government. They also need to sort out the timing of results as California is beyond ridiculous.

I’m not Ed, but the reason is to codify it in law rather than an EO that will be struck down by a judge and thrown to the courts. We have a majority in congress but for some reason our party doesn’t want to pass it and it was explicitly a campaign item Trump ran on to secure American elections. It’s mind blowing that people are against voter id after the last two presidential elections.

The Trump administration really need to go after this issue of politics in religious organizations.
In addition to this guy saying Trump needs to shut up he also said Trump lies every day, spoke about the reflecting pool and the conflict in Iran.
Enough is enough and I would be saying the same about any religious organization under any president.
