Spending 10 days in Scandinavia and then flying back to the Atlanta airport

Don’t worry, the self righteous republicans that are upset that the 2nd Trump term didn’t turn into their total fantasy are sitting this election out. Thus, giving the democrats complete control to make the country look even more like Atlanta once millions more migrants are imported. That’ll show the Republican Party!

You probably have an unfair and skewed sampling size of everyday life over there. If I had to guess, you did out of the ordinary things on your visit that would diminish as you got into the daily grind there.

Wait, the place you went to vacation is better than your double-wide in a shitty suburb?
I went to Costa RIca and stayed at a Ritz Reserve, it was significantly better than my home in Fort Lauderdale. Zero chance I'd move there.

I will concede that when walking through Hartsfield a solid 20% of the passengers look like they can't afford to live under a bridge, let alone afford airfare.

I thought S, D, & N were nice visits, but I'd not REMOTELY want to live there. COL and QOL is wanting by US comparisons.
Perhaps even more so in Norway, despite their gargantuan (relative to population) oil funds. I encountered an inexcusably tragic medical situation with a young female tour guide there. Completely avoidable, potentially lifetime crippling BS. Beyond bad........ But it's free care!!
My neighbor worked as an upper exec in Norway for an extended period in the past. His was not a great experience in terms of the array of "--isms" at play, and work ethic.
