Two months ago I did a 5 mile tempo run, in 84 degree, 92% humidity. It was a hard run for me.
Came inside to take my shoes off and hacked my lower back up. Had to be lifted off the chiropractor table the next day because I was in so much pain. Talk about feeling like a puss, it was brutal.
Getting old sucks. Life was easier when I was out of shape and drinking bourbon every night.
The better shape I’m in, the more everything hurts all the time.
