No one goes to heaven if they don't put their faith in Jesus. Now I assume you are asking how to they "think" they go to heaven. But overall they believe in doing good works, keeping god's commandments, etc. Works don't save anyone so this isn't confined to just jews, but includes christians as well that trust their works.

This is not true.... Jews believe in the afterlife. Yes, Judaism generally believes in an afterlife, known as Olam Ha-Ba (the World to Come) Especially in Orthodox Judaism, it is less central than the focus on this life. Traditional views include the soul's return to God, potential reincarnation, and the eventual resurrection of the dead.

Jesus is the Son of God and a Christian. There are many people with Jewish ancestry that are Christians. Jewish people who deny Christ will not get into Heaven.
