Really, everyone should be asking them where they are spending their money. People complain about affordability as they are forking out 60-70.00 for a lunch for 2-3, or as they eat out 4-5 times a week for dinner. They complain as they order 40-60.00 bucks worth of food or grocery from doordash and uber.

People have gotten so used to paying electronically they don't see it as real money leaving their hands. Mindless spending but complain about cost of goods and services they don't really need. If a tank of gas makes you protest then you shouldn't be buying a 6.00 cup of coffee. None of us should be.

Or, look for a different opportunity that gives you a better environment and possibly pay but still the time to build your business.

You and your wife need to ask yourselves if you believe in your new business and each other to grow it successfully. Because that may be the greatest opportunity of all. Your kids grow fast and time with them is fleeting.

If you believe in the business you're building, then 10 years from now all this hand wringing will be for nothing.

I would keep the job that would allow me to ramp up my business, so I can leave that job sooner. The other job is inconsequential if a business I am starting will eventually erase it. Good luck
