Showing positive support for ICE could fall under this reference, could. If a kid says he supports what ICE is doing for the community at school, it's quite plausible the school could take that as humiliating, and causes fear. So yes, the X message takes liberty of suggesting a kid could be suspended for speaking positively about ICE, but it's not out of the realm of possiblity.

I'm conflicted here, on one hand I am put off by the messaging, but on the other, Reiner has said some pretty violent and despicable things over the years.
