You’re so full of shite. Nothing good came out of it? Nothing?

Sure, pal.

You can be clear for your own self I guess. As for every other human being - good luck. Your “clear” may be gumbo mud to everyone else.

Iran has always been and will always be Israel’s problem not ours. So no, I’m not willing to to pay $5 a gallon for Israel. Let Israel deal with this without our help. The idea that we must intercede in that shithole region has gotten us nowhere. Israel isn’t worth a single American life in 2026. We gave enough in WWII to last 1,000 years so they could have a tiny sliver in that region. Let them deal with the repercussions of such.

It’s not just America’s gas prices at play though.

Pres Trump did his job ,he set back Irans nuclear ambitions years which makes the mid east safer.Getting out now is the right thing to do considering he gave the Persians more than enough time to overthrough their sick regime. The unfortunate thing the intell was wrong about the leadership to take over the government ,it didn’t exist.

fricking this. I’m not pro, or anti Israel as a matter of course.

They are simply a bad partner.

Israel is the trashy and dumb guy in the friend group that picks fights every time the boys go to the bar

Then why in the hell did he agree to attack in the first place? It’s a complete waste of time and resources.

1) his daddy Bibi told him to do it

2) his moronic Sec of Def cosplayer wanted to start a crusade.

This is the stupidity you all supported.

All because we don’t have willpower to see the job through.

Y’all still don’t understand what “seeing the job through” actually means. This isn’t Venezuela. It means $10 gas, thousands of dead Americans, and the GOP politically wiped out in the midterms. Is that still worth it to you?

This was a terrible idea to begin with. I think Israel/neocons convinced Trump this would be easy and he was feeling confident after Maduro. I agree with you it’s a bad deal and bad for the world but Trump had no good options. Props to him for ultimately sticking to his antiwar instincts despite Israel and the neocons likely begging him for more.

This is incredible to me.

Regime change is infinitely better than a bad deal.

Yes the bombings and killings of mullahs and irgc officials should never have stopped

As a small business owner its more like $40/$50 PER DAY! And that's on the low end.

The shelf-life on whatever this “deal” is will be good as long as DJT is in office and then reasonably continuing so long as there’s a President Vance or President Rubio, etc.

I don’t expect any Democrat that would become president to give much effort to enforcing any “deal” made by DJT.

I suspect the Islamic Republic government full well knows this “deal” will ultimately get lax on the enforcement part someday down the road.

There will be another “agreement” in future years as the Islamic Republic again emerges as a problem for another president to deal with.

Someone told Trump the Iranian people would eventually rise up and overthrow their government. Most likely Israel. It never happened. I shite on Trump on here all the time so I’m going to post something positive - I think Trump is absolutely negotiating in good faith the problem is you can’t negotiate with religious fanatics of any persuasion. They will fight until the last Man is standing. I also agree with Trump about Kharg Island the vast majority of Americans do not have the stomach for what that would entail so Trump isn’t wrong. Trump should have went full bore and kept his foot on the gas instead of taking that “two week” break early in the war. We had the advantage and could have decimated certain areas of Iran that would have significantly crippled them for a decade. Instead, we are going to get articles saying Iran is “two weeks away” frame a nuke in less than 24 months. Wait and see.
