I don't think anyone is arguing it's morally good. But as a political issue, I don't care. I'm going to vote for politicians based on issues that don't include abortion.
I can't stop all the evil in the world. But I can vote for policies that affect my family more than abortion.
I also think incrementalism is more effective, but most anti-abortion advocates want to immediately push for an all-out ban.
I think we will accomplish more by starting with a higher limit. Then a couple years later, we say, "Hey, no one was harmed and medical technology has progressed. Let's knock it down a couple weeks."
We've watched our freedoms erode through the same process. Might as well use it to our benefit.
The answer, for me at least, comes down to: do you want everyone to know how virtuous you are, or do you want a more realistic solution to baby murder?
The timing and strategy of the battle is just as important as the skill and will of the combatants.
It's hard to overcome the emotional tug of babies, but if it ultimately leads to saving more lives, I support the methodical approach.

Murdering babies is not gonna make God happy. I'd like to think that conservatism can find a better way to solve "certain demographic" problems than this.

We all will face our judgement day. None of us are perfect but to know you are taking a life in any shape or form has to be one of the toughest decisions anyone makes.
I pray for anyone making that decision . Cops, Military ,Elderly ,Doctors , Abortion, Criminals, suicide.
Both of my parents had rough endings with Alzheimer's and it is very tough to take. I was in California after a promotion for work and they were still where i grew up in Louisiana.
Life throws you some tough times no matter who you are. Rich poor any ethnicity good or bad person .. But it also has its good times. 2019 LSU Football was a season that brings a smile to my face. My wedding having my family there. My Brother and his family.
The best you can do is try to live the best life you can. Be good and willing to forgive others and hope for forgiveness when you make mistakes.
No one is perfect but some mistakes can effect others besides you. Just ask yourself if you can live with the consequences.
OK the old guy has preached enough. One other thing parents. Tell your kids you love them every day of their life.

Here is the other incredible weird liberal logic. You have pro abortion libs that are pro life when it comes to the death penalty.
So they are okay with killing an unwanted unborn child up until birth, but a murder on death row cannot be put to death.
Then you have the conservative point of view where abortion is bad but killing a death row inmate is okay.
Then you have the theological catholic logic of no abortion and no executions for inmates.
Lastly there is the middle of the road logic of abortion is okay up to certain number of weeks and executions are fine.
