There was talk of arming Kurdish and other fighters in the northwest. This may be ongoing and fact that Rubio sorta sidestepped the question leads me to believe there may be an insurgency from them in short order.

They must be paying their own way to travel and attend. It would be illegal to use taxpayer funds to fund this.
Unfortunately many of the best and brightest decided to leave NO many years ago. Whenever I visit the only changes I notice are for the worst.
Had many chances including bases loaded, need to focus.
