He would need a SCOTUS ruling. If anything Fauci damaged himself enough by taking the 5th. If nothing else is done he named has been tarnished.

With Fauci profiting off of it idk
IIRC the pardon protects him from crimes committed while serving on behalf of the NAID, not crimes committed on his behalf or that of other government agencies or the US government in total.
If he was told to stop funding GOR, and did it anyway, who’s behalf was he working for?

Trump’s hands are tied and he is ok with that because he will give out pardons to himself and everyone in his family, cabinet, and staff who dems will likely come after when dems return to power.

According to the left, Trump's basically a dictator. He should just hang Fauci at sunset tomorrow.

Cancel it. How can someone get a pardon when they have no charges against them? Pardon for what? You can’t have a blanket broad sweep pardon, Biden and Fauci both belong in jail.

No, and you don't want to set that precedent. It can be used in ways we don't like. We would need absolute, ironclad proof it was a forgery.

Set what precedent?

The precedent would not be “Presidents can now overturn past pardons.”

The precedent would be “a President can overturn a pardon due to an unelected incompetent President not even signing his own pardons while another party illegaly used an electronic device to hide crimes against humanity.”

By not going after it, THAT precedent has now been set. How do yall not see this?

Declare that all auto pen pardons are invalid. Then bankrupt the sniveling little 5’ midget fighting it out in court.

Nothing in Fauci’s diary or testimony revealed an indictable offense…

What testimony, him continually repeating the 5th, or his lies to Dr. Paul?

Trump ain't a lawyer and apparently has never read the Constitution. A Presidential pardon is very much absolute once it has been offered and accepted.

There is no whataboutism about it.....but who knows, maybe Trump pays Ginny Thomas, possibly throws in a real expensive RV and she needles her husband to go against his own view of the Unitary Executive doctrine that he and Alito have embraced.

Neither Fauci nor Comey are going to jail. You may as well resign yourself to that fact. We’re all going to be fine…

If it was an autopen pardon, it can be voided. We haven't heard much on the autopen front for a while but I thought they said the evidence looked like almost all the pardons were autopen w/out authority.

A civil suit? This guy is worth like $12 million and what is he going to say..."All my mandates were recommendations". "I had no power to enforce them". "I'm just a bureaucrat that advises and makes recommendations".

$12 million divided among the millions that have had a civil tort against him, if settled would be like getting paid in Zimbabwe currency.

The states are who should pay. They individually made mandates to shut down businesses/churches/schools/livelihoods were left up to the States by Trump. They were enforced by Biden.
