Probably not but that is federal. The individual states can and should. Civil suits will bankrupt him shortly.

With Fauci profiting off of it idk how it’s not a rico case. His pardon may protect him but not co conspirators and has a 10 year window. They really need to target all of his minions and possibly give them immunity to set the record straight.

None of this matters. He can't do a damn thing about Fauci's pardon and recently said as much himself. How can people still hold on to this fantasy even after he himself has said it would be too hard to prove?
Was the election stolen? Yes. But it was certified. Next.

I am hanging on this. I keep thinking the dam busts once we get closer to midterms or atleast hope this is the plan. After midterms, I lose all hope of everything if nothing is done by then. Once Dems get in control, this country is fricked!

No, and you don't want to set that precedent. It can be used in ways we don't like. We would need absolute, ironclad proof it was a forgery.
