They want and have now voted for govt to control their lives. Let's see how this works out for them.

Nothing is perfect. Capitalism is the best economic system but it has inherent flaws that must be overcome with honesty and honor in our leadership.
Leaders who can’t be bought by corporations. Leaders who serve people and not money.
When we lose that, capitalism snowballs into a backdoor form of corporate totalitarianism. It’s not much different than socialism other than being prettier and more deceptive.

I’m around the same age as you, and already retired.
I’m always going to vote, but I know that any damage the marxists do will be limited for me at this point.
