That’s cool. At least you saw for yourself and formed your own opinions

I don't have to go to Sierra Leone to know it sucks.
That might be nominally true, but I'll bet if you went there with an open mind, you would still find things and people to appreciate.

I've been to Cancun 3 times. I learned one thing about Mexicans: Their construction crews take 10 breaks every day. A small building takes about a year.
I also learned one thing about Americans. Rich Americans send their kids to Cancun as a HS graduation gift. The kids start drinking heavily at 8 a.m.

lol it's not like California is a super exclusive place that hardly anyone has been to. i'm sure tons of posters have been there. it's pretty, but it's a liberal shithole

I think the coast is ugly, but probably because my earliest memories are there and I was thankful to leave it behind.

Now, if you travel along the 395 in Eastern Cali, that's GOD's country. One of the most breathtaking places I've ever seen. Really, everywhere around the Sierras is just like a completely different world. There's incredible trout fishing on the Owens near Bishop and Chalfant.

I even encourage you to visit somewhere abroad that you think you might not like just to see if what you been told about that place is true.
I find it true over and over that seeing the small slice of a place on the news or some other curated filter provides only a very partial exposure to something and usually missed the point.

Almost everywhere you go, the local people are friendly and hospitable and their lived reality isn't nearly as bad as is portrayed.

I’ve been to Cali, it’s a cool place except for the liberals and their policies.

I’ve also been to Ireland and it was assume other than the third world filth. I came to the conclusion that the US needs to gun run and free them

San Diego and the mountains are beautiful

The drive down I-5 from LA to SD is beautiful. It's even better if you get off the interstate. The mountains, the different flora, the rolling hills near Pendleton... It's a beautiful state, but as you said, the way the big cities have dominated their politics has all but ruined the state politically.

I was in Poland last month. Didn’t get into their politics any but if anyone wants a cheap country to visit I suggest Poland. The people were very friendly and not at all like the Europeans in France, Britain, and Spain who look down on and hate on America.

To clarify, by both places I mean Los Angeles and San Francisco. Never have made it down to San Diego.

Trump vs. Corrupt Political Establishment

Trump vs. Globalism

After 10 years, I truly feel sorry for anybody who is still too stupid to figure this out.

PS- And this doesn't mean that Trump is perfect (he isn't), or that every decision has been correct. But the reason why the corrupt Political Establishment HATES Trump is because he did not come from within their ranks. That's why we've experienced the lie of Trump/Russia, 2 impeachment trials, a stolen election, an FBI raid on Trump's home, bogus indictments, and multiple assassination attempts.

Good try though, weagle.

Im in CA all the time for work and I am usually the only white around in Sacramento and metro LA. Its depressing TBH.

Im the the only white guy in my brand new Courtyard hotel in Woodland and at In N Out last night. Couple of liberal whites working at Starbucks. Costco was 70% Hispanic and 20% white and 10% asian

The future in CA is definitely brown / Asian. They will entirely run this state in our lifetimes. Newsom will likely be the last white male Governor.

I do agree people need to travel abroad to see how we aren't as free in this country as people think. At the same time, we have it much better than most countries and are spoiled as hell.

Bet this thread turns out poorly for you.

I've been to something like four continents and twenty five countries. All but three states. I travel a lot by public transpo in developing nations.

The conclusion is that we have been extremely blessed and we are frittering it away. People like Mamdani and DiBlasio are country wreckers.
