How are their 8th amendment rights being violated? This is a prime example of what a lot of people on this site have tried to explain as legislation from the bench. Not only is the retard trying to tell a state prison system how they will accommodate these precious inmates, but also telling the state legislature that the 3% reduction in budget will not impact his 150 page ruling. The timeline stands with 6 month progress updates. Have no fear tho, the taxpayers will foot the bill for this retards decision. Like Obamacare as an example
