By 2028 the LSU faithfull won't be able to run this joker out of town fast enough. He's not the answer. He's the problem.
They get the ball first and If they score it ain't going to be looking good at all for the Tigers. Gotta shut 'em down 3 and out.

Billy jr. sure looked rough, Did not age well at all.
One of the worst coaches the Saints have ever had out of a long list of bad coaches. He managed to capture lightning in a bottle with the '85 Bears but after that nothing. Wife loathed him. Called him Mike Spitka for his habit of spitting every 5 seconds on the sideline during a game which she found disgusting.

Sad to see him pass though. Great player.
Or do like your grandparents did in 1940 and let the Wehrmacht roll over you like you weren't even there.
Mild winds in the low teens. A little rain. The kind of weather thousands of college football games have been played in over the last century and a half.
No hurricane. Just a windy, squally, rainy weekend. Make your plans and don't worry about it.
This game has the potential to turn very ugly very fast if the first two series is any indication.

That didn't take long. A minute 25.

Anyone remember Big Ben? What a heart breaker of a game that was. 1978 season I believe it was.

I've often wondered about if big time gambling interests have their hooks into some of these refs. I could swear that some NFL games that I've watched are fixed by seeing some of these phantom penalties that are called and other obvious penalties not called.

Can't blame them for trying. A lot of other cities have done it and succeeded. Indianapolis, Nashville and Phoenix to name a few.

Tom owned the team. He had the last word on any move and I remember he was not averse to doing it. New Orleans was a ruined city at the time due to Katrina and you ain't gonna make any money in a ruined city. Plus Tom Benson had extensive business interests in San Antonio.

They didn't try to "steal" them. Tom Benson was hot to move them there.
Canada has been a major trading partner with Red China since the early 1960's.
Watch the movie "Panic in the Streets" circa 1953 directed by Elia Kazan and starring the then Walter Jack Palance and Richard Widmark. It was filmed in New Orleans and it was about a guy who brought the pneumonic plague into this country from overseas. Google the title to find it. I think it's in the public domain. Pretty good movie too.

Don't they still have steel mills that produce steel in Gary, Indiana and Pittsburgh, Pa.? Why Iowa? Which is a few hundred miles from any coal or iron ore producing area.
