Does anyone know if there is a similar index of historical aerial photos for Louisiana and Mississippi?

I think Iran will play the long game. Even if they're broke, as long as the Govt and Govt supporters have the bullets and the antigovernment people don't, they can control the country. You can bank on at least 3 things for the midterms, 1) keep the gas prices high because the people hate it and its because of Trump's undeclared war on Iran, 2) wealth envy, billionaires aren't paying their fair share, 3) racism in redistricting.
